Islamic extremists set up Sharia law controlled zones in British cities
Islamic extremists have launched a poster campaign across the UK proclaiming areas where Sharia law enforcement zones have been set up.
Communities have been bombarded with the posters, which read: ‘You are entering a Sharia-controlled zone – Islamic rules enforced.’
The bright yellow messages daubed on bus stops and street lamps have already been seen across certain boroughs in London and order that in the ‘zone’ there should be ‘no gambling’, ‘no music or concerts’, ‘no porn or prostitution’, ‘no drugs or smoking’ and ‘no alcohol’.
Hate preacher Anjem Choudary has claimed responsibility for the scheme, saying he plans to flood specific Muslim and non-Muslim communities around the UK and ‘put the seeds down for an Islamic Emirate in the long term’.
In the past week, dozens of streets in the London boroughs of Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets and Newham have been targeted, raising fears that local residents may be intimidated or threatened for flouting ‘Islamic rules’.

Libyan Rebels
The Obama administration is preparing to follow Britain in recognizing the rebel National Transitional Council as the official government of Libya by approving an embassy in Washington DC, which given the fact that the rebel army is spearheaded by Al-Qaeda militants who have killed U.S. troops would equate to Obama handing terrorists a diplomatic outpost on U.S. soil.
“The United States said Wednesday it was reviewing a request by Libya’s rebels to open an embassy in Washington, following Britain which expelled diplomats from Moamer Kadhafi’s regime,” reports AFP.
State Department spokesman Mark Toner told reporters that the U.S. would be “sympathetic” to the request, after which rebel supporters unfurled their flag outside the embassy where Gaddafi’s regime is still in control.
The United States formally recognized the rebel council as the country’s legitimate government earlier this month, despite the fact that the rebel army is spearheaded by Al-Qaeda terrorists who are supposedly the target of a multi-decade “war on terror” that is now in its tenth year and has cost the U.S. a staggering $5.4 trillion since 9/11.
Shortly after the start of the conflict in March, Abdel-Hakim al-Hasidi, the leader of the anti-Gaddafi rebel army, admitted that the rebel ranks include Al-Qaeda terrorists who have killed U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Al-Hasidi described the fighters as “patriots and good Muslims, not terrorists,” adding that “members of al-Qaeda are also good Muslims and are fighting against the invader”.
The Telegraph confirmed that Al-Qaeda fighters had joined with anti-Gaddafi rebels in a story entitled, Libya: the West and al-Qaeda on the same side, in which Richard Spencer writes how, “WikiLeaks cables, independent analysts and reporters have all identified supporters of Islamist causes among the opposition to Col Gaddafi’s regime, particularly in the towns of Benghazi and Dernah.”
Although NATO and the U.S. admit that “flickers” of Al-Qaeda members have infiltrated rebel ranks, in reality, they are leading the anti-Gaddafi forces in several areas of the country. As the Wall Street Journal reported in a piece entitled, Ex-Mujahedeen Help Lead Libyan Rebels, Al-Qaeda terrorists who worked directly for Bin Laden are recruiting, training and acting as front line field commanders for the rebel army.
Abdel Hakim al-Hasady, an influential Islamic preacher and high-school teacher who spent five years at a training camp in eastern Afghanistan, oversees the recruitment, training and deployment of about 300 rebel fighters from Darna.
Mr. Hasady’s field commander on the front lines is Salah al-Barrani, a former fighter from the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group, or LIFG, which was formed in the 1990s by Libyan mujahedeen returning home after helping to drive the Soviets from Afghanistan and dedicated to ousting Mr. Gadhafi from power.
Sufyan Ben Qumu, a Libyan army veteran who worked for Osama bin Laden’s holding company in Sudan and later for an al Qaeda-linked charity in Afghanistan, is training many of the city’s rebel recruits.
Former jihadist Noman Benotman, who renounced his al Qaeda affiliation in 2000, said in an interview with the Washington Times that he estimates 1,000 jihadists are in Libya.
Referring to the fighters as “freelance jihadists”, Benotman said that the men were part of a North African terror cell known as Al Qaeda in the Islamic Mahgreb (AQIM), and have completely infiltrated the rebel army.
A 2007 West Point report indicated that the Benghazi-Darnah-Tobruk area of Libya is a world capital for Al-Qaeda or mujahideen suicide bomber recruitment. Author Webster Tarpley details this intelligence in his excellent analysis piece, The CIA’s Libya Rebels: The Same Terrorists who Killed US, NATO Troops in Iraq.
Western intelligence agencies have also utilized their links with Libyan Al-Qaeda cells to target Gaddafi in recent history.
In 2002, French intelligence experts revealed how western intelligence agencies bankrolled a Libyan Al-Qaeda cell controlled directly by Osama Bin Laden to hatch a plot to kill Gaddafi that was foiled in March 1996. The cell was led by Anas al-Liby, who was with Bin Laden in Sudan before Bin Laden returned to Afghanistan.
Indeed, it was Gaddafi’s Libya who put out the first Interpol warrant for Bin Laden’s arrest in 1998. Western intelligence agencies blocked the warrant from being pursued, allowing Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda to go on and kill more than 200 people in the truck bombings of US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania.
Some of the very rebels now being funded, trained, and offered embassies by Britain and the U.S. were part of the Al-Qaeda cell that tried to kill Gaddafi on behalf of the United States and Britain 15 years ago.
On Wednesday, Britain expelled Gaddafi’s diplomats and announced that it would be unfreezing $150 million dollars in Libyan oil revenue that would be used to directly fund the rebel army, abandoning any pretense that the intervention of NATO powers had anything to do with “humanitarianism,” which was the reason provided for the war back in March.
In recognizing Al-Qaeda led Libyan rebels who don’t even control the majority of Libya, and have virtually no control over key areas, as the official government, both Britain and the US are completely rewriting hundreds of years of diplomatic protocol.
While producing fearmongering videos which characterize white middle class Americans as the primary terror threat, the federal government is simultaneously about to hand an organization infiltrated and in some cases led by Al-Qaeda terrorists its own embassy inside the United States.
Having violated the constitution by ignoring his own lawyers in launching the war without congressional approval, Barack Obama is now directly aiding and abetting Islamic terrorists, breaking his oath to protect America against foreign belligerents by literally inviting the enemy within the gates.
If this isn’t a solid case for the impeachment of Barack Obama, then nothing is.

Busting Posse Comitatus: Military Cops Arrest Civilians in Florida City

In Homestead, Florida, Posse Comitatus is dead. The Air Force now responds to civilian crime in the small city, population around 30,000.

“Here at Homestead Air Reserve Base we have the Crime Stop hotline that allows anyone either on base or off the installation to anonymously report a crime,” explains the Homestead Air Reserve Base website. “If you know of a crime that has been committed, if you see a crime in progress, or if you see a suspicious person, vehicle, or situation that makes you feel a crime may be occurring, call the Security Forces Crime Stop Hotline…”
On July 15, military police – known as Security Forces patrolmen – detained a criminal suspect at a Circle K in until Miami-Dade police arrived.
“Crime prevention is everyone’s responsibility, the better informed we are the safer we can make the installation and the surrounding community,” said t. Juan Lemus, Security Forces Police Services Chief.
Crime prevention off military bases is the responsibility of civilian police, not the military. In 1878, following Reconstruction, the Posse Comitatus Act was passed. It limited the powers of the federal government to use the military for law enforcement. The statute prohibits Army and Air Force personnel and units of the National Guard under federal authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within the United States, except where expressly authorized by the Constitution or Congress.
Infowars.com has reported numerous violations of Posse Comitatus since September 11, 2001.
In 2009, the National Guard provided “security” in Kingman, Arizona. The Coast Guard, under the Department of Homeland Security, is now exempt from the Act.
The military participated in a checkpoint along with Tennessee cops and Homeland Security in April of 2009. The governor and state representatives were not aware of the illegal collaboration when contacted by the Alex Jones Show.
In 2008, the Marine Corps Air and Ground Combat Center and the California Highway Patrol used the Christmas holiday as an excuse to collaborate on a drunk driving checkpoint in San Bernardino County.
Following a shooting in Alabama, the Army was dispatched from Fort Rucker to patrol the streets of Samson in 2009.
Pittsburgh mayor Luke Ravenstahl called in the National guard to help in “domestic” disputes in 2009. Ravenstahl used a snow emergency as an excuse. He went on television and said “be advised that you will begin to see National Guard Humvees in some of your neighborhoods beginning this evening.”
The above represents just a small sampling of the military violating Posse Comitatus. The Act was violated in earnest following Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The devastating storm proved to be a beta test for military violations of the law.
NORTHCOM announced in 2008 it would use battle-hardened troops from Iraq for “civil unrest and crowd control” in the United States. On September 30, 2008, the Pentagon announced the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team would be an “on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks,” the Army Times reported.
The mission soon expanded from disasters to every day police activity.
The firewall between military and civilian police duties was demolished with the passage of H.R. 5122, also known as the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007. It allowed the president to declare martial law under revisions to the Insurrection Act, and take charge of United States National Guard troops without state governor authorization when public order has been lost and the state and its constituted authorities cannot enforce the law.
The bill was repealed in 2008, but this has not stopped the military, numerous federal agencies, and the Department of Homeland Security from blurring the distinctions between military, federal and local police responsibilities.
According to John R. Brinkerhoff, acting associate director for national preparedness of FEMA from 1981 to 1983, “the Posse Comitatus Act is not only irrelevant but also downright dangerous to the proper and effective use of military forces for domestic duties.”
Brinkerhoff cites the Quadrennial Defense Review for 2001 that has declared homeland security to be the primary mission of the Department of Defense.
Brinkerhoff is a longtime martial law advocate. He borrowed his ideas on martial law from then FEMA director, Louis O. Guiffrida. In 1970 at the Army War College, Guiffrida outlined his plan for martial law in case of a national uprising by black militants. The paper advocated the roundup and transfer to “assembly centers or relocation camps” of at least 21 million “American Negroes,” the Miami Herald reported on July 5, 1987, during the Iran-Contra hearings.
Canceling Posse Comitatus is not about a benevolent Pentagon helping strapped local officials and over-burdened local cops save people from car accidents or the ravages of hurricanes and tornadoes. It has little to do with rioting “Negroes.”
It’s about imposing martial law. Propaganda campaigns portraying uniformed soldiers wielding the jaws of life soften people up for the presence of troops on the streets. Military checkpoints in California and Tennessee have nothing to do with drunk drivers or seat belts. They acclimate the public to soldiers manning checkpoints like they do in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The Quadrennial Defense Review for 2001′s declaration that homeland security is the primary mission of the Department of Defense is particularly dangerous now that the government with the help of the corporate media has shifted the threat of terrorism from distant cave-dwelling Muslims to local “far right” extremists.

“Here at Homestead Air Reserve Base we have the Crime Stop hotline that allows anyone either on base or off the installation to anonymously report a crime,” explains the Homestead Air Reserve Base website. “If you know of a crime that has been committed, if you see a crime in progress, or if you see a suspicious person, vehicle, or situation that makes you feel a crime may be occurring, call the Security Forces Crime Stop Hotline…”
On July 15, military police – known as Security Forces patrolmen – detained a criminal suspect at a Circle K in until Miami-Dade police arrived.
“Crime prevention is everyone’s responsibility, the better informed we are the safer we can make the installation and the surrounding community,” said t. Juan Lemus, Security Forces Police Services Chief.
Crime prevention off military bases is the responsibility of civilian police, not the military. In 1878, following Reconstruction, the Posse Comitatus Act was passed. It limited the powers of the federal government to use the military for law enforcement. The statute prohibits Army and Air Force personnel and units of the National Guard under federal authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within the United States, except where expressly authorized by the Constitution or Congress.

In 2009, the National Guard provided “security” in Kingman, Arizona. The Coast Guard, under the Department of Homeland Security, is now exempt from the Act.
The military participated in a checkpoint along with Tennessee cops and Homeland Security in April of 2009. The governor and state representatives were not aware of the illegal collaboration when contacted by the Alex Jones Show.
In 2008, the Marine Corps Air and Ground Combat Center and the California Highway Patrol used the Christmas holiday as an excuse to collaborate on a drunk driving checkpoint in San Bernardino County.
Following a shooting in Alabama, the Army was dispatched from Fort Rucker to patrol the streets of Samson in 2009.
Pittsburgh mayor Luke Ravenstahl called in the National guard to help in “domestic” disputes in 2009. Ravenstahl used a snow emergency as an excuse. He went on television and said “be advised that you will begin to see National Guard Humvees in some of your neighborhoods beginning this evening.”
The above represents just a small sampling of the military violating Posse Comitatus. The Act was violated in earnest following Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The devastating storm proved to be a beta test for military violations of the law.
NORTHCOM announced in 2008 it would use battle-hardened troops from Iraq for “civil unrest and crowd control” in the United States. On September 30, 2008, the Pentagon announced the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team would be an “on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks,” the Army Times reported.
The mission soon expanded from disasters to every day police activity.
The firewall between military and civilian police duties was demolished with the passage of H.R. 5122, also known as the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007. It allowed the president to declare martial law under revisions to the Insurrection Act, and take charge of United States National Guard troops without state governor authorization when public order has been lost and the state and its constituted authorities cannot enforce the law.
The bill was repealed in 2008, but this has not stopped the military, numerous federal agencies, and the Department of Homeland Security from blurring the distinctions between military, federal and local police responsibilities.
According to John R. Brinkerhoff, acting associate director for national preparedness of FEMA from 1981 to 1983, “the Posse Comitatus Act is not only irrelevant but also downright dangerous to the proper and effective use of military forces for domestic duties.”
Brinkerhoff cites the Quadrennial Defense Review for 2001 that has declared homeland security to be the primary mission of the Department of Defense.
Brinkerhoff is a longtime martial law advocate. He borrowed his ideas on martial law from then FEMA director, Louis O. Guiffrida. In 1970 at the Army War College, Guiffrida outlined his plan for martial law in case of a national uprising by black militants. The paper advocated the roundup and transfer to “assembly centers or relocation camps” of at least 21 million “American Negroes,” the Miami Herald reported on July 5, 1987, during the Iran-Contra hearings.
Canceling Posse Comitatus is not about a benevolent Pentagon helping strapped local officials and over-burdened local cops save people from car accidents or the ravages of hurricanes and tornadoes. It has little to do with rioting “Negroes.”
It’s about imposing martial law. Propaganda campaigns portraying uniformed soldiers wielding the jaws of life soften people up for the presence of troops on the streets. Military checkpoints in California and Tennessee have nothing to do with drunk drivers or seat belts. They acclimate the public to soldiers manning checkpoints like they do in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The Quadrennial Defense Review for 2001′s declaration that homeland security is the primary mission of the Department of Defense is particularly dangerous now that the government with the help of the corporate media has shifted the threat of terrorism from distant cave-dwelling Muslims to local “far right” extremists.

All of the suspended officers blew the whistle on the chief, calling for an independent investigation into several serious charges, including false arrests and violating federal medical privacy laws.

Scientists are reporting development of a new approach for producing large quantities of human-derived gelatin that could become a substitute for some of the 300,000 tons of animal-based gelatin produced annually for gelatin-type desserts, marshmallows, candy and innumerable other products. Their study appears in ACS's Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry.
Jinchun Chen and colleagues explain that animal-based gelatin, which is made most often from the bones and skin of cows and pigs, may carry a risk of infectious diseases such as "Mad Cow" disease and could provoke immune system responses in some people. Animal-based gelatin has other draw-backs, with variability from batch to batch, for instance, creating difficulties for manufacturers. Scientists thus have sought alternatives, including development of a human-recombinant gelatin for potential use in drug capsules and other medical applications.
To get around these difficulties, the scientists developed and demonstrated a method where human gelatin genes are inserted into a strain of yeast, which can produce gelatin with controllable features. The researchers are still testing the human-yeast gelatin to see how well it compares to other gelatins in terms of its viscosity and other attributes. Chen and colleagues suggest that their method could be scaled up to produce large amounts of gelatin for commercial use.

Dream Act: Obama passes amnesty by executive order
Last Friday, with no fanfare, no press coverage, and with every effort made to hide his actions from the American people, President Obama enacted the DREAM Act by executive order.
Opposed by a majority of the American people and twice defeated in Congress, the DREAM Act grants amnesty to any illegal alien residing in the United States if s/he agrees to enlist in the U.S. military or enter college.
The Obama administration memo from the John Morton, Director of I.C.E. (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) directs I.C.E. agents now to use “prosecutorial discretion” with regard to enforcing immigration laws.
Director Morton says that Obama Administration policy directs border patrol agents not to enforce immigration laws: “When ICE favorably exercises prosecutorial discretion, it essentially decides not to assert the full scope of the enforcement authority available to the agency.”
You read that right. According to the Obama administration “favorable” enforcement means NOT enforcing the law!
According to one of the first press reports to break this important story, the new Obama policy is cut and dry: “federal immigration officials do not have to deport illegal aliens if they are enrolled in any type of education program, if their family members have volunteered for U.S. military service, or even if they are pregnant or nursing.”
Arizona and the voter ID law
Just recently Obama’s Department of Justice (DOJ) blocked Arizona from enforcing its voter ID law. Arizona is one if not the biggest portal of illegal immigration in the nation with half a million illegal aliens coming through the sate annually. Arizona’s Attorney General Tom Horne recently stated that he believed that blocking of the law facilitated massive voter fraud by illegal aliens.

U.N. Flag Stands Taller than the American Flag in Local Village Court

Back in February this year I went to Farmingdale Village Court regarding a ticket I got. I was thinking they would make me an offer, and I would accept the offer and pay the ticket. I noticed a UN flag was displayed standing taller and much larger in dimensions than the American flag. This is illegal, and it implies UN supremacy in an American court.
4 U.S.C. § 7. (c)… No person shall display the flag of the United Nations or any other national or international flag equal, above, or in a position of superior prominence or honor to or in place of the flag of the United States or any Territory or possession thereof….
I decided to plead not guilty and go to trial, and a trial date was to be sent to me via mail. Details of this night back in February and footage of the UN flag are in a video I made the day after.
Fast forward to July 20th 2011 at 7:30pm
I arrived at the trial with a friend to bear witness to the events, as I do not trust this court at all to operate properly.
There was a concert in a town park going on and at the beginning of the court session the band played the National Anthem. I give the Judge credit for telling all to stand and face the American flag.
I noticed that only myself and my witness were standing with our hands on our hearts, and pondered the poetic justice of the moment. Many people were called and plead guilty for reduced fees and charges on their tickets, and eventually only a young woman and I were left choosing to go to trial.
At some point I heard another friend being denied access to the courtroom, but I was not certain until he told me after that he was denied access.
The young woman approached the bench, and I was shocked at how the Judge spoke to her.
He told her the officer that wrote her ticket was going to testify so that she would be found guilty, and then he said something like well I assume that is what will happen.
The Judge clearly implied a guilty until proven innocent attitude, and I reminded him of that before my trial started.
I requested a different court date so I could provide a lawyer when my trial was called, and I was denied.
I called a court officer to testify as he was present when I first brought this issue of the UN flag to the courts attention back in February, and asked him if he had ever sworn an oath to defend our Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic. After the Judge had to repeat the question to the officer he said yes, but was very obviously conflicted as to how to give a proper answer. My witness in the courtroom told me after that another officer was nodding his head at the officer testifying to signal a proper yes answer.
I was eventually found guilty, and told I can acquire a text transcript of the trial via written request, and that I have 30 days to appeal. I would like to share a summary of my closing statements.
This UN flag being displayed in an illegal manner is a very sad symptom of a disintegrating culture.
Our country is in an ongoing Constitutional crisis regarding the UN, and groups like the UN regarding globalization.
The reason these laws regarding flags exist here in America exist because the way these flags are displayed implies UN supremacy in an American courtroom on American soil. This situation is the modern day equivalent of a British flag being displayed in an American courtroom in the same manner post Revolutionary War.
I find this equally unacceptable as a Chinese, Russian, or any other nation, or group of nations flag in an American courtroom in such an illegal manner.
If I were to claim ignorance of the law regarding my ticket it would be no excuse, and there is no excuse for this UN flag being displayed in an illegal manner. I have discovered that this courtroom has had this problem for over 11 years,
and I find it very concerning that I am the first vigilant citizen to address this issue.
I am asking my friends, and all who read this to please share it with anybody you think would be receptive.

The first top-to-bottom audit of the Federal Reserve uncovered eye-popping new details about how the U.S. provided a whopping $16 trillion in secret loans to bail out American and foreign banks and businesses during the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. An amendment by Sen. Bernie Sanders to the Wall Street reform law passed one year ago this week directed the Government Accountability Office to conduct the study. "As a result of this audit, we now know that the Federal Reserve provided more than $16 trillion in total financial assistance to some of the largest financial institutions and corporations in the United States and throughout the world," said Sanders. "This is a clear case of socialism for the rich and rugged, you're-on-your-own individualism for everyone else."
Among the investigation's key findings is that the Fed unilaterally provided trillions of dollars in financial assistance to foreign banks and corporations from South Korea to Scotland, according to the GAO report. "No agency of the United States government should be allowed to bailout a foreign bank or corporation without the direct approval of Congress and the president," Sanders said.
The non-partisan, investigative arm of Congress also determined that the Fed lacks a comprehensive system to deal with conflicts of interest, despite the serious potential for abuse. In fact, according to the report, the Fed provided conflict of interest waivers to employees and private contractors so they could keep investments in the same financial institutions and corporations that were given emergency loans.
For example, the CEO of JP Morgan Chase served on the New York Fed's board of directors at the same time that his bank received more than $390 billion in financial assistance from the Fed. Moreover, JP Morgan Chase served as one of the clearing banks for the Fed's emergency lending programs.
In another disturbing finding, the GAO said that on Sept. 19, 2008, William Dudley, who is now the New York Fed president, was granted a waiver to let him keep investments in AIG and General Electric at the same time AIG and GE were given bailout funds. One reason the Fed did not make Dudley sell his holdings, according to the audit, was that it might have created the appearance of a conflict of interest.

Walnuts Are Drugs, Says FDA
Seen any walnuts in your medicine cabinet lately? According to the Food and Drug Administration, that is precisely where you should find them. Because Diamond Foods made truthful claims about the health benefits of consuming walnuts that the FDA didn’t approve, it sent the company a letter declaring, “Your walnut products are drugs” — and “new drugs” at that — and, therefore, “they may not legally be marketed … in the United States without an approved new drug application.” The agency even threatened Diamond with “seizure” if it failed to comply.
Diamond’s transgression was to make “financial investments to educate the public and supply them with walnuts,” as William Faloon of Life Extension magazine put it. On its website and packaging, the company stated that the omega-3 fatty acids found in walnuts have been shown to have certain health benefits, including reduced risk of heart disease and some types of cancer. These claims, Faloon notes, are well supported by scientific research: “Life Extension has published 57 articles that describe the health benefits of walnuts”; and “The US National Library of Medicine database contains no fewer than 35 peer-reviewed published papers supporting a claim that ingesting walnuts improves vascular health and may reduce heart attack risk.”
This evidence was apparently not good enough for the FDA, which told Diamond that its walnuts were “misbranded” because the “product bears health claims that are not authorized by the FDA.”

A shocking Department of Homeland Security video that caused outrage yesterday after it depicted white Americans as the most likely terrorists only confirms that the federal government is now profiling middle class America as the main terror threat, something that becomes made abundantly clear when one studies the history of training manuals and other literature put out by the feds that identifies politically active US citizens as domestic extremists.
On the day that Janet Napolitano repeated rhetoric about “domestic terror” being the primary security threat, a newly released DHS video caused outrage by depicting white Americans as the most likely terrorists. The footage illustrated a number of scenarios encouraging people to report suspicious activity, and in almost every case the evildoer was a white American and in not one case was the terrorist a Muslim or an Arab.
Far from representing some superficial nod to political correctness, this is in fact a deliberate effort by the feds to characterize white, middle class, politically engaged Americans as domestic extremists. It’s all part of the agenda to frame dissent against big government as dangerous radicalism.
Contrary to claims by the DHS that it does not profile, the bulk of literature and other training tools issued by the federal government over the last decade clearly go to great lengths to demonize informed, middle class, and predominately white Americans as the most likely terrorists, despite the fact that the 126 people who were indicted on terrorist-related charges in the United States over the last two years were all Muslim.
In March 2009 we broke the story of the infamous MIAC report, leaked to us by two concerned Missouri police officers. The report listed Ron Paul supporters, libertarians, people who display bumper stickers, people who own gold, or even people who fly a U.S. flag and equates them with radical race hate groups and terrorists.
Indeed, the MIAC report is just one in a series of similar threat assessment documents released over the last decade that list average American citizens as dangerous extremists and potential terrorists.
We discovered that similar propaganda was being disseminated from the very top in September 2006 when it was revealed that the Bush administration had been targeting “conspiracy theorists” as terrorist recruiters.
President Bush himself gave speeches about a White House “strategy paper” that formed “an unclassified version of the strategy we’ve been pursuing since September the 11th, 2001,” that takes into account, “the changing nature of this enemy.”
The document says that terrorism springs from “subcultures of conspiracy and misinformation,” and that “terrorists recruit more effectively from populations whose information about the world is contaminated by falsehoods and corrupted by conspiracy theories. The distortions keep alive grievances and filter out facts that would challenge popular prejudices and self-serving propaganda.”
We have highlighted previous training manuals issued by state and federal government bodies which identify whole swathes of the population as potential terrorists. A Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Law Enforcement pamphlet gives the public characteristics to identify terrorists that include buying baby formula, beer, wearing Levi jeans, carrying identifying documents like a drivers license and traveling with women or children.
A Virginia training manual used to help state employees recognize terrorists lists anti-government and property rights activists as terrorists and includes binoculars, video cameras, paper pads and notebooks in a compendium of terrorist tools.
Such training documents are manifesting real-life situations where people are being harassed, assaulted and arrested by law enforcement simply for owning material or discussing topics related to the Constitution and the bill of rights.
In May 2008, a student of a large bible college in east Texas was accused by federal agents of committing an “act of terror and espionage” after he gave a talk to a group of Boy Scouts in which he encouraged them to educate themselves about the U.S. constitution.
In July 2007, the Kuhns, a North Carolina couple were terrorized by sheriff’s deputy Brian Scarborough, who broke into their house, assaulted them and then arrested the couple for the crime of flying an upside down U.S. flag.
The couple were handcuffed, arrested and bundled into a squad car, to the protests of numerous neighbors who demanded to know why the Kuhns were being incarcerated, but were told to leave by police.
As is supported by the United States Flag Code as well as a similar incident in 2001, flying the flag upside down is not a mark of disrespect, and in fact is considered by many to be the highest form of patriotism. Despite this fact, the upside down flag is equated in the MIAC report with terrorist paraphernalia.
Alex Jones’ 2001 documentary film 9/11: The Road to Tyranny featured footage from a FEMA symposium given to firefighters and other emergency personnel in Kansas City in which it was stated that the founding fathers, Christians and homeschoolers were terrorists and should be treated with the utmost suspicion and brutality in times of national emergency.
The lecturer identifies George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and other founding fathers as “terrorists”.
In 2004, Kelly Rushing was charged with making “terroristic threats” after he handed out Alex Jones videos and recordings of a Congressman Ron Paul speech on C-Span to Lyon County, Kentucky officials and Kentucky State Trooper Lewis Dobbs.
A jury later ruled in favor of Rushing but he continues to be harassed by authorities and local law enforcement.
In August 2008, a Las Vegas couple were stopped by police, detained and searched as cops demanded to know if there was anything illegal inside the vehicle. When the couple asked why they had been stopped, the police officer pointed at “Infowars” and “Ron Paul” bumper stickers on their car.
In 2001, housewife Abbey Newman was assaulted and arrested by police at a checkpoint for exercising her 4th amendment rights. Cops looked through literature which included a copy of a pocket constitution and debated whether or not the material was illegal.
The federal government’s clear intent to profile politically active middle class Americans as likely terrorists is manifestly provable from their own internal and public documents. Only when conservatives become cognizant of the fact that they too are as much of a target in the “war on terror” as Muslims, whether it’s a Republican or a Democrat in the White House, will we have any hope of dismantling the Homeland Security police state.

"I'm no longer getting paid as mayor," said Ed Foster, the elected head of Quartzsite. "That's not a big deal, but it's in the town code that I get a stipend of $400. If they made a decision to withdraw my stipend, they have to do it in public, so just the decision to do it in private is another violation of the open-meeting law. It's just idiocy."
Quartzsite has become infamous since WND first publicized the ouster of Jennifer Jones, publisher of the Desert Freedom Press, over the vocal objections of Mayor Foster who pleaded with his own police not to remove her.
A video of the June 28 town-hall fiasco posted on YouTube has been viewed more than 100,000 times.

Is This What The Power Grid 'Test' Is All About?
See the update, which answers a question about DC connected main lines below this report. The entire premise of my report is based on the fact that you cannot run multiple frequencies simultaneously on the grid without separating it into sections and running them separately. That is what the AP report clearly implies when it says that clocks will run faster and slower in various regions. ____________________________________________________________________________
A recent AP report states that there is a proposal in place to change the frequency various parts of the national electrical grid run at. The frequency differences will be minor, but will force an end to the national grid as we know it. The only way frequencies can be different at all in separate locations around the nation is to not have a grid at all.
They are attempting to childishly play this down as something that will mess up clocks. But what it really means is that they are going to dismantle the national power grid entirely.
And now I will dissect and shred this article
First of all, they are saying that this is going to be a "year long experiment". It won't be. Since dismantling the grid amounts to an act of war, once it is dismantled we will not get it back. This "experiment" is exactly what you would want to do to a nation as a pre-emptive measure before attacking it. When destroying a nation, the basics have to go. You need to destroy the water, electrical, and food supplies to force people to surrender. By running different frequencies in different parts of the grid,the laws of physics clearly dictate that it has to be run in sections, all isolated from each other.
Many readers know that one of the strengths of the internet is it's distributed data paths, which make it very difficult to take down. If a line gets cut, you can just re-route through a different line, and all is well. Our interconnected power grid, which has been in place and running synchronously with perfect phase and frequency matching across it's entireity since 1930, is an electrical equivalent of the internet, and is a marvel of the world.

A recent AP report states that there is a proposal in place to change the frequency various parts of the national electrical grid run at. The frequency differences will be minor, but will force an end to the national grid as we know it. Study: Many sunscreens increase skin cancer risk, FDA has known for a decade but done nothing

Vitamin A derivatives, of course, are not the only toxic ingredients in sunscreens either. These same sunscreens also contain a slew of other mystery chemicals, many of which have never been proven safe or effective for use, and are likely carcinogenic as well.
In total, a mere 7.8 percent of the sunscreens tested by EWG as part of its annual analysis turned out to be "safe and effective" according to the group's safety standards. The other 92.2 percent, which represent hundreds of sunscreens on the market today, contain one or more ingredients known to be harmful to health, a shocking figure when considering their widespread use.

The incident began after a teller at a Chase bank branch in Auburn, Wash., falsely accused 28-year-old Ikenna Njoku of trying to deposit a check that the bank itself had issued him as part of the first-time home buyer rebate plan. For some reason the teller became suspicious that the check was false, and proceeded to confiscate Njoku's driver license and credit card.
When he returned the next day at the instruction of Chase customer service, he was greeted by Auburn police who took him into custody on charges of forgery. And no proper investigation into the allegations prior to the arrest had taken place as they should have, which makes the Auburn Police Department (APD) equally as responsible for the error.
"They just threw me in jail; they called the police and said this guy has a fraudulent check," said Njoku to reporters. "I was like 'you're making a mistake, you're making a mistake, don't take me to jail, I got work tomorrow. I can't afford to miss work.'"
But the officers refused to listen, and instead left Njoku in a jail cell for five days after failing to check a message that was left the day after the arrest by Chase Special Investigations, notifying APD about the error. During this time Njoku was fired from his construction job for not showing up, and his car was towed from the Chase parking lot and subsequently sold at an auction.
"It's one thing to make a mistake," said Felix Luna, Njoku's lawyer. "It's one thing to make multiple errors of judgment like Chase has made and then, once you realize that your error has caused such harm to somebody else, to just ignore it for a year."

According to reports, scores of companies and businesses, including fancy eateries, nightclubs and swanky hotels, have been granted waivers from the new law, because it would cost them too much to meet the law's requirements.
What about that universal coverage mandate that is currently winding its way through federal court? Isn't that what the fuss is about - whether or not the federal government can force everyone (businesses included) to purchase health insurance?
In Pelosi's district alone, 38 Obamacare waivers have been issued so far. That's about 20 percent of the total - 204 waivers - that were issued in May to businesses, companies and the Democrats' favorite constituency, unions (at least 31 so far). In all, nearly 1,400 waivers have been issued.
In fact, even drug companies are riding the waiver train: As of mid-May, 27 waivers had been issued for pharmaceutical firms.
Officially, the administration says it is granting the slew of waivers to except certain companies or policyholders from "annual limit requirements." The Department of Health and Human Services, which issues the waivers on behalf of the administration, says it reviews waiver requests on a case-by-case basis "by department officials who look at a series of factors including whether or not a premium increase is large or if a significant number of enrollees would lose access to their current plan because the coverage would not be offered in the absence of a waiver."

North Carolina nuclear facility with superheated uranium leaking ten gallons of radioactive cooling water per hour

Supreme Court Justice Kagan lied about ties to Obamacare

A number of federal courts have already issued rulings on whether or not the provision contained within the law that requires Americans to purchase health insurance is constitutional.
Federal courts have differed on that point, with some ruling that the provision passes constitutional muster and other courts ruling it does not. For that reason, most legal experts believe that Obamacare will eventually end up before the U.S. Supreme Court.
And at least one Supreme Court justice may not be the impartial arbiter of the Constitution she claims to be, at least on this particular issue.
Some 49 members of Congress are pointing to what they have termed "contradictory" evidence regarding Justice Elena Kagan's confirmation testimony regarding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), and say Kagan should excuse herself from all cases having anything to do with it.
"We respectfully call upon the House Judiciary Committee to promptly investigate the extent to which U.S. Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan was involved in preparing a legal defense of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) during her tenure as Solicitor General," the lawmakers said in a letter to Rep. Lamar Smith, R-Texas, chairman of the committee, and Rep. John Conyers, D-Mich., the committee's ranking member.
"Contradictory to her 2010 confirmation testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, recently released Department of Justice (DOJ) documents indicate that Justice Kagan actively participated with her Obama Administration colleagues in formulating a defense of PPACA," said the letter.
The letter is a result of a Freedom of Information Act request filed by CNSNews.com and the Media Research Center, both of which allege that Kagan's involvement in the case as solicitor general disqualifies her from ruling on any cases dealing with the law.
"As you know," the lawmakers wrote, "Section 455 of Title 28 of the United States Code establishes unambiguous conditions in which federal judges must excuse themselves from proceedings in which their impartiality might reasonably be questioned. According to the law, a justice should excuse themselves in cases where he has served in governmental employment and in such capacity served as counsel, adviser or material witness concerning the proceedings or expressed an opinion concerning the merits of the particular case in controversy."
During her Senate confirmation hearings, Kagan was asked point-blank whether she had ever been asked her opinion regarding the underlying constitutional questions surrounding the law, or offered any views about it, to which she replied simply, "No."

More and more people are becoming aware of the complete system failure we're experiencing in the United States and around the globe. As the true nature of the control system is revealed, people tend to feel as Howard Beale did in Network when he said, "first, you've got to get mad...and scream, I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore!"
But once that anger at being lied to for so long subsides, then we must get on with the business of taking action to make the world more just and hopeful for our children. Many people will take to the streets to protest certain aspects of the current system. Others will do everything in their power to inform or warn their peers of the coming iceberg. Those are good and necessary functions, but they won't stop the Titanic from sinking.
It seems the broken system will continue to take on water despite the best efforts to affect change within it. That's why some are suggesting to jump ship now before they run out of lifeboats. By jump ship, I mean function outside of the system as much as possible. The faulty economic system is only propped up by our belief and support of it. When we operate outside of it using alternative markets, barter systems, local cooperatives, and competing currencies, we not only provide a lifeboat to many frightened passengers, but the paddles as well.

Discover the incredible healing properties of Cat's Claw
