The United Nations’ World Health Organization (WHO) is pushing hard to impose global consumer taxes to help fund its various programs, including a new proposal that would tax the internet in order to pay for vaccines and other pharmaceutical medicines for third-world countries.Yes, you read that right – WHO wants every person in the world to help pay for drugs that make Big Pharma even richer.
Consider it a reverse Robin Hood ploy: They’re stealing from the working class and giving to the ultra wealthy drug companies!
Of course this isn’t the first time the UN has petitioned governments around the world to illegally tax citizens in order to further its own agenda. This body of unelected officials tried to push “cap and trade” legislation for supposed climate change just last year (but failed to do so because many countries simply refused the idea).
In the current scheme, WHO appointed a so-called panel of “medical experts” to prepare a report highlighting various financing ideas that would fund all the projects WHO is trying to accomplish in the world. One of those ideas is to have governments tax internet usage in their countries and give the money to WHO for “medical research and development” in poorer, developing countries. (This is code-speak for unlawfully pouring billions of taxpayer dollars into the coffers of Big Pharma in the name of charity).

Other ideas for funding include taxing people when they make financial transactions like paying bills online or withdrawing cash, as well as taxing the international arms trade. WHO also threw in the idea of possibly having governments voluntarily contribute (which is actually the only somewhat legitimate idea in the report, considering the U.N. has no legal power over any sovereign nation to force it to pay global taxes).
As usual, the entire proposal is blanketed in expressed concern for the health of people from poorer nations who don’t have access to the same medical treatments as people from richer nations. Although this may sound nice and good in theory, the real agenda here is to transfer wealth from the people of developed nations to the U.N. and then to either wealthy drug companies or the corrupt governments of poorer nations. The everyday people of these poor nations will receive little to no actual benefit from the tax money (other than the vaccinations that will be forced on them, if you consider that a benefit).
WHO wants to control the world’s health
On page 8 of WHO’s Executive Summary for its proposals, there’s an interesting statement about WHO’s global health agenda. When speaking about its more than 90 proposals for obtaining funding, the organization reveals that it also wants to restructure the global health system and place itself in control.
“[The proposals] include proposed structures to centralize, manage and disburse funds to health research and development,” it states, adding that in order to do this, it would need funding and certain “mechanisms” in place first.
WHO basically wants all nations to give up their sovereignty, particularly in terms of medical research and development, and hand it over to them so they can distribute “health” as they see fit. Nobody else will have a say in the matter as WHO will be the sole health care authority in the world. This matches perfectly with the UN’s agenda of world domination through other means (blue helmet military forces, for example).
If WHO’s funding and control dreams were to come true, most of the tax money it received would probably end up in the pockets of WHO officials, corrupt third-world country governments and dictators, and Big Pharma executives. Whatever is left over will be used to pay for pharmaceutical drugs and vaccines, both of which actually harm the local environments in any country where they are used due to their chemical runoff impacts on aquatic ecosystems.
Global taxes are illegal in the U.S.
According to the U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section 8, only the U.S. Congress has the power to collect taxes. In fact, there’s a whole list of what taxes can be collected for, and there’s no mention of funding a global entity that wants to control health care (nor is there any mention of nationalized health care at all, for that matter).
Then again, since when did any presidents or political leaders in the United States actually honor the Constitution they swore to protect? What we have in Washington today is not a band of dedication Constitution defenders but rather Constitution destroyers who seem determined to hand over our sovereignty to some global authority as quickly as they can pull it off.
What WHO is trying to do is not only illegal in the U.S., but detrimental to real health care worldwide. It will not bring true health to the poor, but rather drugs, vaccines and other patented chemicals that make a few people rich but everyone else poorer and more dependent on medical intervention for years to come.
Notice that the WHO plan doesn’t try to bring nutrition to poor nations? Feeding those people some vitamin D, vitamin C and plant-based nutrients would do more to end sickness and disease (including infectious disease) than any vaccine or pharmaceutical. It would also be significantly less expensive. But nothing in the WHO’s world domination agenda includes anything about nutrition. It seems that nutrition has no place in the WHO’s vision of the world — it’s all about chemicals and vaccines.
That’s the world they want to force upon us: A world where you and I are taxed to pay for the mass poisoning of populations around the world with toxic pharmaceuticals and dangerous vaccines. Remember, the WHO is the same organization that fronted a false pandemic because its health advisors are on the take from the pharmaceutical industry. The WHO is essentially being bribed by Big Pharma to push an agenda that benefits only Big Pharma, not the people. And the only reason they’re now trying to tax you and I to pay for all this is because the profit margin on drugs and vaccines is so ridiculously high that working people even poor nations can’t afford to pay for these items themselves. Instead of lowering the prices on their medicines, they’re trying to force a tax upon everybody else.
The WHO, much like the FDA, is operated as a criminal racket. And like any criminal racket, they want to force everybody to pay them as much money as possible. It’s like a mob-style shakedown: Pay up or else! Things might be different if they were using the money to fund vitamin D nutrition programs or genuine nutritional education programs in poor nations, but those ideas aren’t even on their radar. They are 100% fixated upon the Big Pharma agenda of drugging everyone on the planet while pocketing obscene cash profits at the same time.
Do your part to demand that the USA resist WHO domination over health care, and speak out against any global internet tax that would be used to inject viral fragments into the bodies of people who live in poor nations.

NumbersUSA and Fox News report today that Obama may issue an executive order that will grant amnesty to between 10 and 30 million illegal aliens.
“Eight Republican senators and an independent group that supports tighter limits on immigration are warning that the Obama administration is drafting a plan to ‘unilaterally’ issue blanket amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants as it struggles to win support in Congress for an overhaul of immigration laws,” reports Fox News.
Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), David Vitter (R-La.), Jim Bunning (R-Ky.), Saxby Chambliss (R-Ga.), Johnny Isakson (R-Ga.), James Inhofe (R-Okla.), and Thad Cochran (R-Miss), have sent a letter to the White House asking for clarification on the issue:
Dear President Obama:
We understand that there’s a push for your Administration to develop a plan to unilaterally extend either deferred action or parole to millions of illegal aliens in the United States. We understand that the Administration may include aliens who have willfully overstayed their visas or filed for benefits knowing that they will not be eligible for a status for years to come. We understand that deferred action and parole are discretionary actions reserved for individual cases that present unusual, emergent or humanitarian circumstances. Deferred action and parole were not intended to be used to confer a status or offer protection to large groups of illegal aliens, even if the agency claims that they look at each case on a “case-by-case” basis.
While we agree our immigration laws need to be fixed, we are deeply concerned about the potential expansion of deferred action or parole for a large illegal alien population. While deferred action and parole are Executive Branch authorities, they should not be used to circumvent Congress’ constitutional authority to legislate immigration policy, particularly as it relates to the illegal population in the United States.
The Administration would be wise to abandon any plans for deferred action or parole for the illegal population. Such a move would further erode the American public’s confidence in the federal government and its commitment to securing the borders and enforcing the laws already on the books.
We would appreciate receiving a commitment that the Administration has no plans to use either authority to change the current position of a large group of illegal aliens already in the United States, and ask that you respond to us about this matter as soon as possible.
In February, Obama’s Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel, indicated his boss would rule by executive dictate and bypass Congress.
“We are reviewing a list of presidential executive orders and directives to get the job done across a front of issues,” said Emanuel. “The challenges we had to address in 2009 ensured that the center of action would be in Congress. In 2010, executive actions will also play a key role in advancing the agenda,” added Dan Pfeiffer, White House communications director.
The New York Times reported in February that White House officials believe the increased focus on executive authority reflects a natural evolution from the first year to the second year of any presidency.
In fact, it represents an increasing tendency by the Obama administration to rule by authoritarian diktat and a willingness to engage in treason against the Constitution.
The founders devised a carefully balanced separation of powers explicitly to prevent any of the three branches of government from acting unilaterally. Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution grants to the president “executive power,” but this is kept in check by Section 3 of Article II that instructs the president to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” Laws originate and are passed by the House and Senate.
In other words, the U.S. Constitution declares that the legislative branch writes the laws of the land and the law of the land supersedes any executive action. No executive order or regulatory policy can override a statutory mandate.
Obama is now a dictator and Democrats fully support his assumed dictatorial power. Nancy Pelosi and other leading Democrats have stated they believe Obama is acting within the Constitution.
Obama, of course, is not merely acting on his own. He is following orders issued by his globalist handlers.
The Council on Foreign Relations has long favored and used its considerable influence to push for granting legal status to illegal aliens. Last July the globalist organization said local police should not take lead roles in immigration enforcement and workplace raids (the CFR issued its opinion after Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas conducted immigration raids and prosecutions against businesses hiring illegal immigrants and also drop-houses used by smugglers trafficking illegal immigrants into Arizona from Mexico).
Our rulers are cynically exploiting illegal immigrants to drive down wages of American workers. This ongoing process compliments more than two decades of globalist “trade” agreements like NAFTA designed to offshore American jobs — the “giant sucking sound” presidential candidate Ross Perot warned about in 1992.
According to the master plan, Mexicans that momentarily benefited from the sucking sound experienced one of their own when jobs traveled to the slave gulag in China. Now many of them — destitute and desperate — are flocking illegally over an open border and are in competition with American workers and bankrupting the states as they fill generous welfare rolls.
Last week we learned about Obama’s plan to ignore growing violence and criminal activity on the border when Arizona senator Jon Kyl told an audience at a North Tempe Tea Party town hall meeting that during a private, one-on-one meeting with Obama in the Oval Office, the president told him, regarding securing the border, “The problem is … if we secure the border, then you all won’t have any reason to support ‘comprehensive immigration reform.’”
It now appears Obama will not need the support of Kyl and the Republicans. He will simply sign an unconstitutional executive order and legalize millions of felons who have crossed the border illegally.

Hardly a month goes by when society is not subject to some psychological (or real) attack, whether it be "human swine" epidemic or the massive environmental damage grabbing headlines today. These attacks are orchestrated by the Illuminati and trumpeted by their private house organs, the mainstream mass media.
A classic early example of these psy ops was the 1938 "War of the Worlds" broadcast which created "accidental" and "unfortunate" panic and hysteria throughout the United States. Listeners tuned in to what they thought was a real invasion by Martians. It was funded indirectly by the Rockefeller Foundation through the The Princeton Radio Project, and guided at every stage by members of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Actor Orson Welles, the creator of the program and the "news announcer" of this infamous broadcast, later apologized for the hysteria this radio show created. The Princeton University Radio Project, under supervision of psychologist Dr. Paul F. Lazarsfeld, Frank Stanton (later head of CBS Radio and Television) and Dr. Hadley Cantril, hired Orson Welles to adapt H. G. Wells' fiction book "The War of the Worlds" to the radio format in order to study the behavior of citizens under panic conditions.
Not only was the panic created by a fictional Martian invasion the night before Halloween anticipated by its producers, the program was purposely crafted to create terror.
This very first electronic mass media "psy-op" was heard by 6 million people, 1,700,000 of whom believed the broadcast to be genuine, and 1,200,000 of whom were frightened enough to take action -- either by running away or preparing to fight the invaders. Later, when the truth was revealed, Welles apologized repeatedly. The idea of using an interrupting news-bulletin in the middle of what seemed like regular music programming was deemed excessively cruel, manipulative and deceptive.
It has been reported that Welles even received death threats from the Rockefellers should he ever reveal that the "unforeseen" reaction to this broadcast was precisely what is perpetrators had hoped to achieve and analyze, demographically, psycho-graphically and statistically.
This secret test was used to judge susceptibility to phobias, fatalism and the fear of war. Members of the general public were later interviewed and their reactions were paired against such variables as religion, education, year and make of car, reading materials, job security, etc. Cantril later wrote a paper entitled: "The Invasion from Mars -- A Study in the Psychology of Panic." Cantril's study examined the power of the radio broadcast media and its effects upon a population under the direct influence of fear.
This first electronic stress test was just in time for the dawn of the age of television. Only two years later, again with Rockefeller Foundation money, Cantril established the Office of Public Opinion Research at Princeton. Among the studies conducted by the OPOR was analyzing the effectiveness of propaganda produced by the forerunner of the CIA, known as the OSS (Office of Strategic Services.)
During WWII, Edward R. Murrow, also a CFR member, was paid by the Rockefeller Foundation and Dr. Cantril to monitor Nazi radio propaganda and judge its effectiveness.
From this project sprang the FBIS (Foreign Broadcast Intelligence Service) which eventually became the US Information Agency, used by the National Security Council as its chief disseminator of propaganda after WWII.
After leaving CBS, Frank Stanton became the Chairman of the RAND Corporation, an extremely influential government think tank, which researched among other topics, mass brainwashing of an unsuspecting public through the mass media.
At the end of the original radio broadcast of "The War of the Worlds" the announcer (Welles) is no longer heard; instead, the voice of a field artillery commander comes on the air, repeatedly calling the code: "2X 2L calling CQ... 2X 2L calling CQ... is there anyone on the air?"
The "2 X" can easily be thought of as a "double cross" (two X's or crosses); the "2L" is easier -- To Hell. Or Together, "Double Cross to Hell." Quite an appropriate way to end a fake broadcast featuring a hoaxed alien invasion from Mars created to terrify the citizenry of the United States in order to measure their reactions to artificially induced stress, like laboratory insects under the microscope of the Council of Foreign Relations for their hidden masters -- The Illuminati.

Zapata County Sheriff Sigifredo Gonzalez told the Houston Chronicle that the Zetas planned to blow up the dam to get back at its former ally the Gulf Cartel, not to terrorize civilians.
The Houston newspaper reported that the plot never happened and may have been prevented by the increased presence of the Mexican military south of the border.
Neither Homeland Security nor DPS commented to inquiries from the Houston Chronicle but authorities confirmed that federal, state and local agencies scrambled to perform surveillance and border security duties.
A spokeswoman for Texas Gov. Rick Perry told the Houston Chronicle law enforcement officials routinely monitor all threats to Texas and take the appropriate action to protect citizens.

Depend upon it! If confirmed by the United States Senate, Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan will crown President Obama with “imperial” constitutional powers. Congress and Federal Courts will wither as checks against his presidential usurpations or abuses whenever war or other national security claims are bugled over Iran, North Korea, Yemen, international terrorism, economic adversity, or otherwise. In these matters, Kagan will prove the flip side of retiring Justice John Paul Stevens, whose vote and voice have, for decades, arrested executive branch lawlessness or encroachments on the co-equal branches of government. Stevens’ vote was decisive in a pair of recent cases invalidating both military commissions for the trial of alleged war crimes and the suspension of the Great Writ of habeas corpus for Guantanamo Bay detainees.
Justice Robert Jackson lectured in Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer during the Korean War: “With all its defects, delays and inconveniences, men have discovered no technique for long preserving free government except that the Executive be under the law, and that the law be made by parliamentary deliberations.” In other words, the history of liberty is largely the history of legislative or judicial checks on assertions of executive authority. These signature earmarks of a Republic may be doomed in light of America’s seemingly prevailing psychology of Empire. But if so, the Supreme Court should be the last to surrender, which is why Kagan’s nomination must be defeated.
Kagan is a creature of the executive branch. She served as a senior legal advisor to President William Jefferson Clinton, and was appointed Solicitor General of the United States by President Obama. The latter has been styled The Tenth Justice because the Office of Solicitor General echoes the President’s constitutional views before the Supreme Court and commands substantial deference by its nine Justices. Kagan also eagerly sought appointment by President Clinton as Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel (OLC). Its customary mission is to manufacture theories of presidential omnipotence, which inexorably encourages intellectual scorn for Congress. I served in OLC as special assistant to the Assistant Attorney General in my salad days so I know its predisposition to exalt presidential power.
Kagan voiced no protest over President Clinton’s initiation of wars in Bosnia and Serbia without statutory authorization from Congress. She expressed no public objection to President Clinton’s claim of constitutional immunity from Paula Jones’ sexual harassment suit. The Supreme Court, speaking unanimously through Justice Stevens in Clinton v. Jones, repudiated the argument. Kagan endorsed line-item veto power for the President that was held unconstitutional in another opinion authored by Justice Stevens in Clinton v. New York. As Solicitor General, Kagan has defended President Obama’s assertion of a “state secrets” privilege to shield government officials guilty of constitutional wrongdoing from damage judgments. In oral argument before the Supreme Court, she has maintained that lawyers who defend organizations accused of complicity in international terrorism can be prosecuted for material assistance, first cousin to Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s persecution of defense counsel for Mikhail Kodorkovsky. Kagan endorses “presidential power” to imprison American citizens for life as enemy combatants without accusation or trial; and, to employ military commissions denuded of time-honored procedural safeguards to try non-citizens for crimes routinely prosecuted successfully in civilian courts, for example, material assistance to a listed foreign terrorist organization. She has voiced no disagreement with “presidential power” to prohibit current or former White House officials from even appearing before Congress in response to a congressional subpoena; or, to prevent non-dangerous detainees held illegally for years at Guantanamo Bay from entry into the United States.
Most alarming, Kagan has voiced no qualms against President Obama’s claim of unilateral authority to kill American citizens abroad if he believes they pose an imminent danger to the national security of the United States anywhere on the planet. Currently targeted for death is Anwar al-Awlaki. If the President errs, the homicide will be advertised as collateral damage in the perpetual global war against international terrorism. Better that the innocent be rubbed out by predator drones and that due process of law be lacerated than that the United States accept a one-millionth of one percent risk of a terrorist attempt launched from a desert cave thousands of miles away from American shores. But President Obama is an honorable man, and his Cabinet is all honorable men and women.
Supreme Court Justices generally shy from rebuking their presidential benefactor, especially over national security. President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s New Deal appointees upheld his odious racist concentration camps for Japanese Americans during World War II. Chief Justice Fred Vinson repaid President Harry Truman for his appointment by voting to sustain the President’s seizure of a private steel mill during the Korean War and a state secrets claim to cover-up military negligence. Chief Justice John Roberts and Associate Justice Samuel Alito, appointees of President George W. Bush, voted to uphold the suspension of habeas corpus in Boumediene v. Bush and the use of presidential military commissions for the trial of war crimes in Hamdan v. Rumsfeld. So, if President Obama initiated war in Iran over weapons of mass destruction without a directive from Congress, a Justice Kagan would probably invent a constitutional justification.
Preserving the rule of law and individual liberty from “presidential predation” is too important to roll the dice with this nominee and this President.

Researchers create self-assembling nanodevices that move and change shape on demand
BOSTON, Mass. (June 20, 2010) – By emulating nature's design principles, a team at Harvard's Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering, Harvard Medical School and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute has created nanodevices made of DNA that self-assemble and can be programmed to move and change shape on demand. In contrast to existing nanotechnologies, these programmable nanodevices are highly suitable for medical applications because DNA is both biocompatible and biodegradable.
The work appears in the June 20 advance online Nature Nanotechnology.
Built at the scale of one billionth of a meter, each device is made of a circular, single-stranded DNA molecule that, once it has been mixed together with many short pieces of complementary DNA, self-assembles into a predetermined 3D structure. Double helices fold up into larger, rigid linear struts that connect by intervening single-stranded DNA. These single strands of DNA pull the struts up into a 3D form—much like tethers pull tent poles up to form a tent. The structure's strength and stability result from the way it distributes and balances the counteracting forces of tension and compression.
This architectural principle—known as tensegrity—has been the focus of artists and architects for many years, but it also exists throughout nature. In the human body, for example, bones serve as compression struts, with muscles, tendons and ligaments acting as tension bearers that enable us to stand up against gravity. The same principle governs how cells control their shape at the microscale.
"This new self-assembly based nanofabrication technology could lead to nanoscale medical devices and drug delivery systems, such as virus mimics that introduce drugs directly into diseased cells," said co-investigator and Wyss Institute director Don Ingber. A nanodevice that can spring open in response to a chemical or mechanical signal could ensure that drugs not only arrive at the intended target but are also released when and where desired.
Further, nanoscopic tensegrity devices could one day reprogram human stem cells to regenerate injured organs. Stem cells respond differently depending on the forces around them. For instance, a stiff extracellular matrix—the biological glue surrounding cells—fabricated to mimic the consistency of bone signals stem cells to become bone, while a soupy matrix closer to the consistency of brain tissue signals the growth of neurons. Tensegrity nanodevices "might help us to tune and change the stiffness of extracellular matrices in tissue engineering someday," said first author Tim Liedl, who is now a professor at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich.
"These little Swiss Army knives can help us make all kinds of things that could be useful for advanced drug delivery and regenerative medicine," said lead investigator William Shih, Wyss core faculty member and associate professor of biological chemistry and molecular pharmacology at HMS and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. "We also have a handy biological DNA Xerox machine that nature evolved for us," making these devices easy to manufacture.
This new capability "is a welcome element in the structural DNA nanotechnology toolbox," said Ned Seeman, professor of chemistry at New York University.
