Activist James Ian Tyson was listed as a terrorist over a traffic violation in a deliberate effort by police to prevent him organizing a protest at the Democratic National Convention taking place in Charlotte this week.

Man Listed As Terrorist Over Traffic Violation Activistnc

As we reported yesterday, Charlotte resident Tyson was arrested on Sunday morning as he was driving to a protest just days before the start of the DNC with his initial bond set at a huge $10,000 dollars.

Although the reason for the arrest was not known until today, prosecutors were keen to keep Tyson locked up for the duration of the DNC, according to Tyson’s lawyer. Tyson spent 36 hours in jail, 24 of which were in a tiny cell.

It has now emerged that Tyson, an activist with the Rainforest Action Network, was arrested for driving with a suspended license when he was only a passenger in the car.

“Tyson’s lawyer, Derek Fletcher, says a police report of the arrest claimed his client was on a terrorist watch list and should be held until the convention ends Thursday,” reports the Associated Press, adding that Tyson thinks he was targeted to prevent him from organizing a protest.

In other words, Tyson was arrested on a bogus charge, declared to be a terrorist and kidnapped by police simply in order to stop him from exercising his First Amendment rights.

This means that cops in America are now mimicking the actions of the NKVD, Joseph Stalin’s feared Soviet secret police, and abducting political dissidents to prevent them from organizing rallies.

“I’m a local Charlottean, I’m a farmer, I’m a carpenter, I’m a family member and a community member. I am not a terrorist,” Tyson told the Charlotte Observer, adding that he has no clue how he ended up on a terror watchlist.

“They have no reason to have me on that list,” Tyson said. “I haven’t done anything remotely criminal involving politics.”

As we previously highlighted, efforts by the state to characterize protest as terrorism have been ongoing for years.

A 2009 Department of Defense anti-terrorism training program entitled Antiterrorism and Force Protection Annual Refresher Training Course used material that defined certain First Amendment-protected activities as “low level terrorism.”

“I think they’re watching me and looking for a reason to arrest me,” Tyson said. “I’m not afraid of police, but I don’t want to be arrested again.”

When antibiotics don't work, use nature's bounty to kill deadly superbugs like MRSA and flesh-eating bacteria

(NaturalNews) In my article The 5 best natural antibiotics and anti-virals that destroy superbugs and just about everything else, I discuss some of the best natural substances for treating MRSA and other antibiotic-resistant bacteria. http://www.naturalnews.com/035516_natural_antibiotics_superbugs.html

Natural News recently reported frightening information regarding the development of new, antibiotic-resistant strains of MRSA and flesh-eating bacteria appearing in hospitals around the country. These findings indicate that even the last-stand antibiotic Vancomycin is no longer effective against the ravages of these deadly infections. http://www.naturalnews.com/036031_MRSA_antibiotics_infections.html

In addition to my five previous recommended remedies, here are five more powerful natural treatments that protect against MRSA, flesh-eating bacteria, and other superbugs.

First, a two-fold approach to prevention

There are two methods of prevention for using natural medicines to fight antibiotic-resistant bacteria. One of the best ways to lower susceptibility is to strengthen your system by eating alkaline foods like fresh fruits and vegetables. The most effective way to obtain medicinal benefits from your food is through juicing. If you're scheduled for elective surgery, start juicing immediately to strengthen your immune system beforehand by creating an alkaline environment where no bacteria, fungus or virus can survive.

Additionally, use colloidal silver prophylactically to protect yourself before a hospital stay. Start taking it daily in small doses as soon as you find out when you'll be admitted. If you end up in the hospital in an emergency situation, start taking colloidal silver as soon as possible; and in both cases, continue it through the duration of your stay, and for at least two weeks thereafter.

Fighting anti-biotic resistant MRSA and superbug infections

If you contract MRSA or a flesh-eating bacteria use one or more of the following natural treatments; or combine them with those mentioned in my other article.

Pascalite is a type of bentonite clay found only in the mountains of Wyoming. It possesses remarkable healing powers. When used topically, it's known for its ability to draw infections from wounds in a matter of hours or days, bringing about total recovery.

Turmeric has been used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine for thousands of years to treat a wide range of infections. It's antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties have been found to be highly effective in the treatment of bacterial infections and can be used internally and topically for MRSA and other skin lesions.

Both turmeric and Pascalite should be made into a paste or combined with each other by mixing them with water and applying directly to the skin lesion. Keep moist by covering with plastic wrap or warm compresses. Reapply as needed. Additionally, you can mix either or both powders with Manuka honey for a potent remedy to treat MRSA and flesh-eating bacteria.

Oil of Oregano is an essential oil and best known for its ability to kill bacteria, controlling staph infections like MRSA. It has antiseptic, antioxidant, anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-parasitic, anti-inflammatory, and pain relieving properties. Science Daily reported in 2001 on the results of a Georgetown University research study stating that the germ-killing properties of oregano oil were found as effective as most antibiotics -- including vancomycin -- for treatment of antibiotic-resistant superbugs such as E. coli, Salmonella, MRSA and flesh-eating bacteria.

Tea tree oil is a potent antibacterial, essential oil that has been shown effective in killing antibiotic-resistant MRSA on the skin. Therapeutic-grade tea tree oil must be used undiluted for this purpose. The highest quality oils are very mild, making it an excellent treatment even on open wounds.

Olive leaf extract has been used for centuries to fight bacterial infections and is currently being used to treat MRSA infections in some European hospitals. It contains an active compound that provides immune system support at the same time as it fights antibiotic-resistant infections.

9/11 - Explosive Evidence - Experts Speak Out, Full-length

The Right Nutrition Plan - What To Look For When Purchasing Packaged Products

EPA changes rules to allow more toxic cleaning chemicals in mainstream food

(NaturalNews) Just in case you've forgotten, EPA stands for Environmental Protection Agency. That was sarcasm. You haven't forgotten. But it appears the EPA has.

Reading alphabet soup can be confusing. The FDA, USDA and EPA all seem to cross over each other when it comes to what happens with food.

Recently, the EPA made a ruling on the use of a chemical that's used for a variety of products, including sanitizing cleaners for facilities of food industry providers and restaurants. The chemical will show up in processed foods.

Government safety agencies safeguard industry profits, not health and safety

An August 22, 2012 Courthouse News edition contained a short article entitled "More Ammonia Now Allowed in Processed Food." It was a reference to the EPA's latest revision for limits using Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium in the carbonate or bicarbonate form (DDACB). Focus on ammonia.

The former limit of 240 ppm (parts per million) was raised to 400 ppm. A petition to raise the allowed limit was issued to the EPA by a principle provider of the chemical, Lonza, according to the Courthouse News press release.

The reason for limiting DDACB is residual amounts of highly toxic ammonia used in food facilities are carried by the foods and consumed.

According to the EPA's own document on the ruling, those industries affected (favorably) by the increased DDACB toxicity allowance are: Dairy, food manufacturing, beverage manufacturing, and pesticide producers. (EPA, Source below)

Notice that one company submitted a petition and the EPA granted an approval. But hold on, when has an alphabet soup agency really responded to a mass petition on raw milk or GMOs? Never would be a close enough answer.

These agencies only respond to industry demands regardless of their health or safety risks.

Adding more toxicity and GMOs into the food chain are not given a second thought by the government's "protective" agencies. The revolving door between government and industry spins quickly with highly paid industry lobbyists the only ones getting access to easily corrupted politicians.

On rare occasions, huge petitions, email, call-in, or mail-in campaigns will thwart threatening legislation. But those hard won victorious battles serve as retreats for key legislators to come back with slightly different wording or sneak industry sponsored rulings into newly proposed or existing legislation later.

Meanwhile, petitions to federal administration agencies for labeling GMOs are ignored, and a petition to allow raw milk federally was responded with boiler plate official nonsense. (http://www.naturalnews.com/034718_raw_milk_petition_White_House.html)

The list of dangerous drugs, pesticides, chemical additives, and GMOs that are rubber stamped for approval by the FDA, EPA, and USDA without any precautionary wait periods is staggering. Ammonia (ammonia hydroxide) was also a toxic feature of "pink slime" used by the meat packing industry as a "hamburger helper."

The ammonia compound was use to sanitize meat scraps from the floors of meat packing sites, then ground up with the rest of the beef and sold as hamburger meat. (http://www.naturalnews.com)

Whistle blowers revealed this and somehow got the attention of the mainstream media enough to cause massive public awareness of pink slime in ground beef. The result was the major food distributor Cargill suffered a tremendous drop in its sales of ground beef and apparently began phasing out pink slime.

The last bastion for us peasants to fend off the oligarchy money interests' slow kill with food and medicine may be mass boycotts. But enough have to know what should be boycotted and realize they don't need it.

Obama Executive Order Will Nationalize the Demonization of US Veterans as Mentally Ill

By Susanne Posel
theintelhub.com
September 3, 2012

The demonization of US veterans has been a reoccurring theme in mainstream media as of late.

Last week, it was recounted by mainstream media (MSM) that Terence Tyler, former US Marine had opened fire on his co-workers at a New Jersey supermarket called Pathmark before turning the gun on himself.

Tyler was reported to have been carrying an AK-47 with several rounds of ammunition, as well as a handgun when he began “shooting seemingly at random” into the supermarket.

The semiautomatic weapon Tyler used in the shooting is purported to be illegal according to New Jersey state laws if it is enhanced with elements that would raise the gun to the level of assault rifle.

Bruce Kaplan, Middlesex County prosecutor said that there were 16 shots fired in the Pathmark store at 4 am wherein 2 co-workers of Tyler were killed. Kaplan asserts that he does not “believe they were specifically targeted. I believe everybody in the store was a target. It appears he opened fire on the employees that he observed in the store when he entered the store.”

Richard Ulsh, Marine Corps Captain and spokesman confirmed that Tyler had been in active duty between March of 2008 and February of 2010 in California and was discharged as a lance corporal with a specialty as a rifleman.

Ulsh also stated that Tyler was part of the “national emergency” unit that would be deployed in the event of a terrorist attack.

By using Tyler’s Facebook and Twitter accounts to demonize him, the MSM are claiming that Tyler was a depressed, ticking time-bomb just waiting to explode. By citing a post on his Twitter account (which has since been locked to public view) Tyler allegedly said three years ago: “is it normal to want to kill ALL of ur coworkers?”

This comment does not fit the facts begin reported by the MSM that Tyler began his employment with Pathmark only 2 weeks ago – when the Tweet about co-workers was stated over 3 years ago.................................

Zombified government workers and regulation enforcers use these 'obedience phrases' to demand your compliance

Zombified government workers and regulation enforcers use these 'obedience phrases' to demand your compliance

(NaturalNews) Tyranny is upon us. But tyranny isn't put in place by some all-powerful evil force that suddenly assaults our freedoms; it's ratcheted up one day at a time by the People themselves -- the government workers who are willing to do anything as long as they're told "it's the rules."

You'll encounter these brain-dead government workers everywhere: At the airport security line, your local city council meetings, and even at the local DMV. These are the people who blindly follow rules and regulations that often make no sense whatsoever, such as the TSA now shoving testing sticks into your drinks at the airport, presumable to test your beverage for explosives. (http://www.infowars.com/video-shows-tsas-bizarre-new-security-policy/)

Fortunately, there are some code phrases these people use which indicates their status as a brain-dead government worker -- a zombie drone -- who will do anything for a paycheck and the promise of power. I call these "obedience phrases."

For your amusement and safety, I hereby present these obedience phrases so you can instantly spot these wussified, zombified government enforcers in a future encounter:

"I'm just doing my job"

This phrase is usually uttered by some pot-bellied government tyrant who knows he or she is doing something highly immoral and possibly illegal.

Example: "I'm just doing my job" says the TSA security goon as he's reaching down the pants of your six-year-old under the ridiculous presumption that terrorists might be hiding in there.

If instructed by DHS to molest senior citizens at security checkpoints, TSA employees will gleefully obey, saying "I'm just doing my job" as they strip search your grandma and destroy her colostomy bag.

"It's required by regulations"

This obedient, brain-dead phrase is often uttered by private-sector workers who are quoting government regulations. More often than not, they're quoting the Patriot Act.

Example: You're at a bank trying to open a new account, and you say to the bankster, "So why do you need the physical address where I live, plus my social security number, plus all my financial records and numerous ID cards?"

The bankster replies, "It's required by regulations."

Oh, gee, then I guess that makes being info-jacked perfectly fine then!

The phrase, "It's required by regulations" is NOT a reason... it's a linguistic evasion of a reason!

"I have to, or I'll lose my job"

This is a favorite phrase of police officers who beat the crap out of some innocent woman and then fudge together a false report in order to place the blame on the victim. This just happened recently, by the way. Here's the video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lHh2DMGWTRs

And this second video shows police body-slamming an elderly woman in the Wal-Mart parking lot:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IpT1BQMQ4tU

By the way, when East German soldiers shot people trying to escape East Germany by scaling the Berlin Wall, they said exactly the same thing: "I have to, or I'll lose my job!"

Because their job, you see, is far more important than your life.

"It's the law"

This phrase is usually uttered by some brain-dead collectivist rule-follower who can't think for themselves so they have to quote "the law" without thinking about what the law was really written for.

For example, when officials in Oregon recently arrested and jailed a man for collecting rainwater on his own land (http://tv.naturalnews.com/videoedit.asp?v=E9D083FE1A928B3B0145570778F...), they no doubt said during his arrest, "It's the law!"

So apparently, if some state writes a law that says, for example, all black people are sub-humans, then that makes it true, eh? I use this example because it's a part of U.S. history. The infamous "Dred Scott" decision, handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1857, declared that blacks brought to America as slaves were "sub-humans" and not accorded any protections under the U.S. Constitution. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dred_Scott_v._Sandford)

So does that make it right, then? Because it was the law? People who follow "the law" without thinking are not merely morons; they're dangerous to society as a whole. "The law" should never replace cognitive function.

Just because the Supreme Court declares something to be "the law" doesn't really make it so. Supreme Court decisions, remember, are nothing more than mental constructs which are agreed upon by certain members of society. If the Supreme Court declares all wage earners to be the property of the King, would you line up and obediently follow "the law?"

"If that were true, I would have already heard about it"

This is a favorite quote of a mind-numbed egomaniac who somehow thinks they already know everything. When you tell them something they have difficulty believing -- such as the fact that fluoride is a chemical pesticide that harms the brain -- they resort to this pathetic, wussified word collection: "If that were true, I would have already heard about it!"

This is a favorite phrase of doctors, by the way. Doctors are taught in medical school that they know everything and that nothing true exists outside whatever they are taught (brainwashed) in medical school. So when you tell a doctor something really simple like, "Oh, by the way, sodium nitrite causes cancer and it's found in hot dogs and bacon," the doctor will usually scowl and say, "If that were true, I would have already heard about it!"

Or maybe you're just an arrogant fool, doc. It takes a truly delusional person to think they know so much that they can't learn something new from time to time.

Watch out for these red flag "obedience phrases" of code enforcers and brain-dead rule followers

Rules are necessary, of course, in any civilized society. Speed limits make reasonable sense in neighborhoods, as do rules such as, "You can't burn down your neighbor's house."

But rules, laws, regulations and Supreme Court decisions should never be followed blindly. The gift of being human is the gift of having a conscience, a soul, a mind and the ability to discern right from wrong. If a law sounds wrong and feels wrong, it's probably a bad law and should be abandoned. If a regulation encroaches upon your Constitutionally-protected rights, that regulation should be aggressively rejected and reformed.

Rules, laws and regulations have no magical powers. They are fictional constructs of society.

They do not exist in the real world. They only exist in the minds of those who share in the delusion of their existence. As you are a being with free will and a soul, you can choose to reject delusional thinking and operate according to the fundamental principles of honesty, ethics and civility.

If you practice this, what you'll find is that most people in society today are technically insane. They have an almost fanatical belief in fictional constructs called "laws." They believe laws have magical powers and that regulations bind their thoughts and actions. In an effort to comply with all these laws, rules and regulations, they enslave themselves in a matrix of control. They are the desperate rule followers who ultimately drive every nation to ruin.

These are the people who always do what they're told: They line up for flu shots, they vote on voting day, they have their children vaccinated and they agree to undergo chemotherapy if their doctor tells them to. They are the great mindless masses that George Carlin called "Obedient workers!"

I miss Carlin. He would have drilled into the TSA with a vengeance. In just three minutes, George Carlin delivered a stunning narrative that was years ahead of its time. It's full of profanity, but it's completely accurate about systems of control and why society's controllers don't want you to be smart enough to think for yourself. Watch it at:

13 Evidence-Based Medicinal Properties of Organic Coconut Oil

  • Fat-burning: Ironic, isn’t it? A saturated fat which can accelerate the loss of midsection fat (the most dangerous kind). Well, there are now two solid, human studies showing just two tablespoons a day (30 ml), in both men and women, is capable of reducing belly fat within 1-3 months.
  • Brain-Boosting: A now famous study, published in 2006 in the journal Neurobiology of Aging, showed that the administration of medium chain triglycerides (most plentifully found in coconut oil) in 20 subjects with Alzheimer’s disease or mild cognitive impairment, resulted in significant increases in ketone bodies (within only 90 minutes after treatment) associated with measurable cognitive improvement in those with less severe cognitive dysfunction.[i]
  • Clearing Head Lice: When combined with anise spray, coconut oil was found to be superior to the insecticide permethrin (.43%).[ii]
  • Healing Wounds: Coconut has been used for wound healing since time immemorial. Three of the identified mechanisms behind these healing effects are its ability to accelerate re-epithelialization, improve antioxidant enzyme activity, and stimulate higher collagen cross-linking within the tissue being repaired.[iii] Coconut oil has even been shown to work synergistically with traditional treatments, such as silver sulphadizine, to speed burn wound recovery.[iv]
  • NSAID Alternative: Coconut oil has been demonstrated to have anti-inflammatory, analgesic and fever-reducing properties.[v]
  • Anti-Ulcer Activity: Interestingly, coconut milk (which includes coconut oil components), has been shown to be as effective as the conventional drug sucralfate as an NSAID-associated anti-ulcer agent.[vi]
  • Anti-Fungal: In 2004, 52 isolates of Candida species were exposed to coconut oil. The most notorious form, Candida albicans, was found to have the highest susceptibility. Researchers remarked: “Coconut oil should be used in the treatment of fungal infections in view of emerging drug-resistant Candida species.”[vii]
  • Testosterone-Booster: Coconut oil was found to reduce oxidative stress in the testes of rats, resulting in significantly higher levels of testosterone.[viii]
  • Reducing Swollen Prostate: Coconut oil has been found to reduce testosterone-induced benign prostate growth in rats.[ix]
  • Improving Blood Lipids: Coconut oil consistently improves the LDL:HDL ratio in the blood of those who consume it. Given this effect, coconut oil can nolonger be dismissed for being ‘that saturated fat which clogs the arteries.’
  • Fat-Soluble Nutrient Absorption: Coconut oil was recently found to be superior to safflower oil in enhancing tomato carotenoid absorption.[x]
  • Bone Health: Coconut oil has been shown to reduce oxidative stress within the bone, which may prevent structural damage in osteoporotic bone.[xi] [Note: Osteoporosis is a Myth, as presently defined by the T-Score]
  • Sunscreen: Coconut oil has been shown to block out UV rays by 30%. Keep in mind that this is good, insofar as UVA rays are damaging to the skin, whereas UVB rays are highly beneficial (when exposure is moderate).[i] Make sure to check this list of other sun-blocking oils.
