Democrat Rep. Wants to Amend Constitution to Deny Free Speech

Democrats hate the idea that the First Amendment does not explicitly restrict the right of corporations to free speech. In order to address this perceived flaw, Rep. Hank Johnson, a Georgia Democrat, has proposed amending the Constitution.

In 2010, Rep. Johnson warned Guam would tip over and sink to the bottom of the ocean.

“We need a constitutional amendment to allow the legislature to control the so-called free speech rights of corporations,” said Johnson at the Annesbrooks HOA candidate Forum in Georgia in October (see video below).
“These corporations, along with the people they support, other millionaires who they’re putting into office, are stealing your government. They’re stealing the government and the U.S. Supreme Court was a big enabler with the Citizens United case,” he said.
“They control the patterns of thinking,” Johnson continued. “They control the media. They control the messages that you get. So, you are being taught to hate your government – don’t want government, but keep your hands off of my Medicare by the way. I mean, we are all confused people and we’re poking fingers at each other saying, well you’re black, you’re Hispanic, immigration, homosexuals. You know, we’re lost on the social issues, abortion, contraception.
“And these folks are setting up a scenario where they’re privatizing every aspect of our lives as we know it. So, wake up! Wake up! Let’s look at what’s happening. We need a constitutional amendment to allow the legislature to control the so-called free speech rights of corporations.”
Restricting the First Amendment right of corporations, of course, will do little if nothing to stop the wholesale theft of the United States by transnational corporations and international banksters. It is not the Constitution and the Bill of Rights that have permitted a corporate takeover, but the efforts of Mr. Johnson’s colleagues in the House of Representatives and the Senate.
Both Democrats and Republicans are responsible for this traitorous behavior. “Each party is a machine that vies for power because this power carries with it vast sums of corporate money. The longer a party is in office and the more connections it makes, the more its net worth to corporations, the more that these rewards can be spread to the different layers of the party. There is indeed a real-life, nasty fight between the Republican and Democratic Parties to dominate this corporate money,” writes Shamus Cooke.
“Congressmen who have recently retired make the perfect lobbyists: they still have good friends in Congress, with many of these friends owing them political favors; they have connections to foreign Presidents and Kings; and they also have celebrity status that gives good PR to the corporations,” Shamus explains.
The leader of Johnson’s party, Barack Obama, is an especially egregious whore when it comes to corporate lucre. The international bankster outfit Goldman Sachs came in second on the list of contributors to his 2008 campaign, followed by JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, General Electric, Microsoft and other transnational corporations.
In 2007, it was revealed that Democrats received more money from securities and investment firms, banks, insurance companies, and the so-called “defense” industry than the Republicans.
So over the top is the effort to buy the government, it was reported last week that Obama will likely take corporate donations for his January 2013 inaugural celebration, thus adding another glaring aspect to the ongoing effort to turn the United States into a subsidiary of globalist corporations.
It may be, however, unreasonable to believe Rep. Johnson has a handle on all of this. After all, in 2010, he stated in all seriousness that if more troops were sent to Guam, it would cause the island to “tip over” and sink to the bottom of the ocean.

Jabs for babies: Pig virus-contaminated vaccine for stomach virus to be administered to small infants in UK

(NaturalNews) The push is on to get as many newborn babies as possible vaccinated for rotavirus in the U.K., as health officials unveil a new vaccine program that they claim will reduce hospital admissions for the stomach bug. BBC News reports that the U.K. Department of Health will begin administering the oral drop-based vaccine Rotarix, which is manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), to children beginning in September 2013, even though the controversial vaccine has previously been found to harbor viral fragments of a swine virus known as porcine circovirus 1, or PCV1.

Following the lead of the U.S., Australia, and several other countries in Europe that have already adopted the use of Rotarix in small infants, British health officials are currently talking up the alleged benefits of the vaccine in order to gain public approval for its widespread introduction. According to official claims, the vaccine program, if implemented as intended, will cost the public health system in the U.K. the equivalent of nearly $40 million a year, while only purportedly saving it about $32 million a year.

But missing from the conversation is any talk about the very serious side effects of Rotarix, which just so happens to contain live attenuated virus. According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), infants given Rotarix are twice as likely to develop intussusception, a potentially-deadly medical condition in which the intestines become blocked (http://www.fda.gov). Based on the figures, the risk of dying from these vaccine complications is likely higher than the risk of dying from rotavirus, which is relatively low.

Beyond these direct side effects, it was uncovered back in 2010 that every batch of Rotarix ever produced since the vaccine's initial introduction back in 2008 has been contaminated with viral genetic material of PCV1. As reported by the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) at that time, foreign DNA from this swine virus had apparently contaminated GSK's working cell bank and viral "seed" stock long before the vaccine even hit the market, which means millions of children have potentially become exposed to this tainted vaccine material. According to the FDA's website, neither the agency nor GSK know how foreign DNA from PCV1 came to be present in Rotarix in the first place, and the two entities are supposedly still "investigating this question." Meanwhile, the Rotarix vaccine is still in widespread use, and health authorities are continuing to push parents to subject their young babies to this questionable vaccine that, at best, only helps reduce the number of days an infant suffers from diarrhea. With this in mind, do the risks of the vaccine truly outweigh its alleged benefits?

Economic IQ test: If the national debt doesn't matter, then why are we still paying federal income taxes?

(NaturalNews) The U.S. federal government is over $16.2 trillion in debt. But that doesn't really matter, we're told, because the Federal Reserve -- a private banking monopoly -- can create an unlimited quantity of dollars to keep buying up the U.S. debt. This is called "QE unlimited," meaning unlimited quantitative easing (money creation).

On top of that, U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner recently suggested we simply eliminate the debt ceiling altogether and launch America into INFINITE debt.

This program of fiscal suicide is already under way. The Federal Reserve announced a few weeks ago that it would begin buying up to $80 billion a month in U.S. debt, continuing indefinitely.

At the same time all this is going on, the government insists it needs to confiscate an ever-expanding portion of your income in order to increase "government revenue." Current federal tax "revenues" (which is a warped word to use for taxes in the first place) are at roughly $2.4 trillion a year.

But hold on just a second... and here's the IQ test, are you ready?

If the Federal Reserve can just create trillions of dollars a year in new money and hand it over to the federal government, then why are tax revenues needed at all?

Answer: They aren't.

If debt doesn't matter, then taxes aren't needed at all

Under the current system of unlimited spending, unlimited money creation and unlimited debt that "doesn't matter" according to the bureaucrats in Washington, there is absolutely no reason why any so-called "revenue" needs to be collected from the working class population whatsoever. "Revenue" only matters if debt matters, and we've been told by everybody in Washington (except Ron Paul) that debt doesn't matter.

Logically, then, we need no income tax at all. The President could simply announce the elimination of all federal taxes and the closure of the IRS, then have the Fed print up the money it needs. No more income taxes... ever! Imagine the savings in paperwork reduction alone...

This instant creation of money by the feds is not only possible, it has already been done. Remember the "too big to fail" bankster bailouts that began in 2008? Bailout totals have exceeded $2 trillion. Do you know where that money came from? The Fed created it out of thin air. They can do this any time they wish, of course. It takes about sixty seconds and a single computer entry at the Fed, matched by an inverse entry at the U.S. Treasury. In mere seconds, whammo! Another couple of trillion dollars (and debt) is magically created.

The real purpose of the income tax? To oppress the economic mobility of the little people

If the income tax is not mathematically needed to provide revenue to the federal government, what is its real purpose?

As anyone who has deeply studied the social impact of the tax code well knows, the true purpose of the tax code is social engineering. And more specifically, to oppress wage earners and small business owners for the purpose of making sure they can never save enough money to stop working.

The United States of America is, after all, a "tax farm," meaning the productivity of the working people is harvested by the government to be used for whatever nefarious schemes the corrupt bureaucrats have in mind: Endless wars, creating economic dependence through welfare, giving money to their crony insider crooks, and so on.

Besides, the last thing the elitists want is competition from upwardly mobile citizens who mistakenly think they can rise above their economic class and compete with the global elite. "The power to tax is the power to destroy," Daniel Webster famously said in an 1819 U.S. Supreme Court case. Chief Justice Marshall agreed: "That the power to tax involves the power to destroy... [is] not to be denied."

And that's the point of the income tax: To destroy the ambitions of the working class and keep them enslaved in a system of economic servitude that is mathematically designed to ensure permanent subjugation to the system.

It has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with creating "revenue" or raising money to build roads and schools. That is a total delusion played off by both Republicans and Democrats to prevent people from realizing the far more powerful truth that federal income taxes aren't necessary at all.

So the next time you hear someone say we need to pay more taxes to "raise revenue" for the federal government, you can confidently laugh in their face at the absurdity of the statement. The federal government can create all the revenue it wishes through an instant computer entry. The point of the income tax is to make sure you never escape the Matrix of economic enslavement.

Impeach Obama Petition Reaches Threshold For Official Response

Effort dovetails secession fever sweeping America

A petition to impeach President Obama for repeatedly violating the Constitution has surpassed the required number of signatures to mandate an official White House response.

The petition, which is posted on the ‘We The People’ section of whitehouse.gov, lists four different examples of how Obama has acted unconstitutionally.

The primary reason is Obama’s failure to obtain congressional authorization for the war on Libya last year. Under Article 1 Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, the power to declare war lies with Congress.

In June last year, President Obama arrogantly expressed his hostility to the rule of law when he dismissed the need to get congressional authorization to commit the United States to a military intervention in Libya, churlishly dismissing criticism and remarking, “I don’t even have to get to the Constitutional question.”

In July 2011, Congress specifically rejected the Obama administration’s attempt to seek approval for war on Libya but the White House later supported a NATO-led assault anyway, terming it a “kinetic” action.

Obama tried to legitimize his failure to obtain Congressional approval for military involvement by sending a letter to Speaker of the House John Boehner in which he said the military assault was “authorized by the United Nations (U.N.) Security Council.”

In March, Congressman Walter Jones introduced a House Resolution which expressed, “The sense of Congress that the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.”

The other reasons listed on the petition to impeach Obama include appointing so-called czars without Senate approval. When Obama signed a 2011 budget package into law which removed funding for Obama’s advisers on climate change, the auto industry, health care and urban affairs, Obama attached a signing statement indicating he would ignore this provision, prompting Rep. Steve Scalise to accuse the President of acting like a “dictator” in choosing which laws to follow and which to ignore.

The petition also notes that, “Forcing US citizens to get health insurance whether they want it or not,” under Obamacare is unconstitutional. When Obamacare was upheld by the Supreme Court last year, it was done so by classifying mandatory health insurance as a tax, otherwise the whole bill would have been unconstitutional. Justice Anthony Kennedy, and Justices Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito all argued that there was a “mountain of evidence” that the mandate is not a tax. “To say that the individual mandate merely imposes a tax is not to interpret the statute but to rewrite it,” they wrote.

The petition to impeach Obama has already surpassed 27,000 votes, meeting the 25,000 requirement to mandate a response by White House officials.

Days after Obama secured his second term in the White House, the call for impeachment was embraced by conservative groups, including the Conservative Majority Fund, which launched a phone call campaign accusing Obama of “high crimes and misdemeanors.”

“Our only recourse now is to move forward with the full impeachment of President Obama. We suspect that Obama is guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors and that there may be grounds for impeachment as is laid out in the constitution,” the phone message stated. “Further, he may not even be a U.S. citizen because nobody, I mean no one, has seen an actual physical copy of his birth certificate. Impeachment is our only option. And Republicans are already considering Obama investigations. As the nation’s most effective conservative group we are launching the official impeach Obama campaign.”

The Huffington Post scorned the campaign as “outlandish” and “fringe,” but now that the petition to impeach Obama has reached the necessary number of signatures to elicit a White House response, the Obama administration will be forced to at least address the issue.

During a recent appearance on Hannity, Republican Congressman Peter King also suggested that Obama should be impeached over the Benghazi cover up.

The campaign to impeach Obama is dovetailed by an even bigger effort to have states secede from the union, a move denounced by the establishment media as unpatriotic yet labeled by Congressman Ron Paul yesterday as an “important” constitutional principle that the founders believed in.

Radio host Alex Jones has launched a campaign to draft Paul as the head of a secession movement that is based around seceding not from the country, but from the federal government itself, a process which is clearly outlined in the Declaration of Independence.

Obama’s Secret Directive On Cybersecurity Prompts Lawsuit

Lawyers say ruling may enable “military deployment within the United States”

Lawyers with the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) have filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request (PDF) demanding that the Obama administration make public the text of a secret directive on cybersecurity, fearing that it could allow the military and intelligence agencies to operate on the networks of private companies, such as Facebook.
As we highlighted yesterday, a report in the Washington Post, cited several US officials saying that Obama signed off on the secret directive in mid-October.
“The new directive is the most extensive White House effort to date to wrestle with what constitutes an “offensive” and a “defensive” action in the rapidly evolving world of cyberwar and cyberterrorism.” the report states.
EPIC attorneys Amie Stepanovich and Ginger McCall say that Obama’s secret law may enable “military deployment within the United States” to oversee network security at communications companies such as AT&T and Comcast, social networks such as Facebook, and information centers like Google.
“We don’t know what’s in this policy directive and we feel the American public has the right to know.” McCall commented yesterday.
“The NSA’s cyber security operations have been kept very, very secret, and because of that it has been impossible for the public to react to them,” Stepanovich added. “[That makes it] very difficult, we believe, for Congress to legislate in this area. It’s in the public’s best interest, from a knowledge perspective and from a legislative perspective, to be made aware of what authority the NSA is being given.”
“Our concern is buttressed by an earlier FOIA request that we submitted, when [NSA Director] General Keith Alexander had been asked a few questions [during his confirmation hearing] that he did not answer publicly,” Stepanovich told news website Raw Story.
“He submitted answers in a private, classified supplement, which we also do not have publicly available. There was a question about the monitoring of private communication networks. Whatever answer he gave is not public, but it may implicate now what the NSA is attempting to do.” Stepanovich added.
As we noted in our report yesterday, the secret directive appears to also legally enable the US military and the NSA to use newly created computer viruses to attack any organisation or country deemed to be a cyber threat. Obama has already shown the willingness to carry out such attacks, as new details surrounding the 2010 stuxnet attack revealed earlier this year.

Media Panic to Control Exposure of Agenda 21 Takeover

Opponents of Agenda 21′s local implementation in the United States have begun mounting a notable resistance. At state capitals and city councils, activists are showing up to educate and lobby their elected representatives about the implications of this United Nations’ plan for sovereignty, property rights and the future development of the country.
It has become such a widespread phenomenon that media outlets everywhere are spinning into damage control in effort to ridicule the anti-Agenda 21 movement, hoping that it will go away before the general population understands the issue.
But their efforts are fruitless. Coverage across the country begrudgingly notes that groups are opposing local “sustainability” initiatives and fighting back against plans to concentrate growth into dense urban centers under emerging “mega-regions.”
Now, a case in Georgia has triggered an all-out media frenzy, after a local group convinced the state’s Senate Majority Leader, Chip Rogers (R – Woodstock), to hold an information session on Agenda 21 attended by several other GOP senators and representatives. Conspicuously negative coverage is being used to pressure these politicians to avoid supposedly fringe elements in their constituency.
The progressive, sustainability group Better Georgia released video of the meeting, and blasted the ‘extremist’ views presented, that included comparing Obama’s socialist vision with the plans of Joseph Stalin and Chairman Mao, which resulted in famine and genocide.
Worse, according to the portrayals, is the involvement of one Field Searcy, who helped present the slideshow. Searcy had been booted from his Tea Party group for recommending people visit Infowars.com and tune into Alex Jones. The tea party group formally objected to Searcy’s activities in “actively promoting issues and beliefs derived from conspiracy theorist Alex Jones.” As such, his presence at the clandestine Agenda 21 meeting was presented as particularly damning.
11 Alive, the NBC affiliate in Atlanta, covered the meeting, mocking the conspiracy and “global control” theorists attempting to expose Agenda 21, telling viewers that the groups and politicians involved think people who believe in “environmentalism and sustainability” are part of the problem.


Meanwhile, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution published multiple articles on the Agenda 21 presentation, including an op-ed titled, “Agenda 21: The lunacy infiltrating state leaders.” Regional papers promised that state Senator Chip Rogers would face “blowback” for hosting the information session, and otherwise insinuated that Rogers had been stung by the “secret” video that had “surfaced”.
Further, liberal websites with national reach latched onto the opportunity for ridicule, distorting part of the presentation that discussed the use of Delphi Technique, crafted at the RAND Corp. for consensus building. Mother Jones published, “Top Georgia GOP Lawmakers Host Briefing on Secret Obama Mind-Control Plot,” complete with an image of Obama in front of a hypnotic backdrop. Raw Story and the Huffington Post mimicked the mocking mind control mantra, as did Slate who also noted the rising popularity of “UN panic” it linked with Deep South politics of fear.
One author at the Examiner took it further, linking it to the secessionist movement now in the news cycle, with suggested overtones of racism, civil war and a ‘South will rise again’ mentality.

Speaking out against Agenda 21 is quickly becoming a component of the larger states’ rights movement. Americans are waking up to the undue power concentrated at the Federal government level, as well as to the larger takeover by foreign corporatist interests, including those that created the United Nations and have used it as a nose under the tent to create world government and rule through regulations and taxes implemented on the pretext of environmentalism.
Locales from Casper, Wyoming to Los Angeles and Napa, California, among others, are being inundated with activists objecting to plans being sold under the guise of “smart growth,” “sustainability” and other buzz terms.
“Stop Agenda 21″ groups have cropped up nationwide, and several government bodies have embraced the issue, to the chagrin of the establishment. Alabama passed statewide legislation banning Agenda 21 policies, and New Hampshire passed a similar measure through the House. The Texas GOP officially put Agenda 21 on its party platform, while Chip Rogers, the Georgia Senator mentioned above, attempted to introduce Agenda 21 legislation but was defeated.
Infowars.com did a series of reports exposing the local groups in Central Texas implementing Agenda 21 by stealth, with funding from President Obama’s Partnership for Sustainable Communities, which is issuing planning grants through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Obama’s initiative is a continuation of President Clinton’s Council on Sustainable Development, set up in 1993 to implement the United Nations’ 1992 Agenda 21. During one of the meetings, the bureaucrats became uneasy at repeated questions from local residents who objected to the development “vision,” while anti-Agenda 21 groups attended other meetings in protest.


Wary of true grassroots movements of any stripe, the system is frantically trying to discredit a very real and important issue, while using the controversy to shame politicians from listening to voices coming from outside of the establishment controlled debate. The media harped on several county commissioners in Pinellas County, Florida who voted to remove fluoride. The contrived controversy was used to push them out of office, and their replacements are moving swiftly to re-fluoridate the water. Media outlets then bragged about the victory in intimidating the politicians and removing them from their posts.
A similar effort is now underway in Georgia to hold these GOP figures “accountable” for hearing out their anti-Agenda 21 constituents.

U.S. military’s secret experiment sprayed radiation on low-income housing

A college professor from St. Louis, Missouri has released research claiming that the U.S. Army conducted secret Cold War tests by spraying toxic radioactive chemicals on cities like St. Louis and Corpus Christi.
St. Louis Community College-Meramec sociology professor Lisa Martino-Taylor told The Associated Press that her research showed that the Army may have sprayed radioactive particles with zinc cadmium sulfide while claiming that it was testing a smoke screen that could prevent Russians from observing St. Louis from the air.
Those tests were concentrated in predominately-black areas of the city, which Army documents called “a densely populated slum district.”

Jersey Shore Declares Martial Law

The boardwalk town of Seaside Heights, NJ, best known for being the location where MTV’s Jersey Shore is filmed, has declared martial law in the wake of damage from Sandy.
6 Action News, the ABC affiliate based out of Philadelphia, reported that the fact, while showing the damage to rides and attractions in the area. Several other nearby towns are also under martial law, with the devastation to property and lives not yet clear.
“We know people are there, we’re keeping an eye on them, and they need to stay on their property. If they come off their property to come off the island, then they don’t get back on. It’ll be a while before anybody gets back on the island until we make it safe,” Toms River Police Chief Mike Mastronardy told the station.

 

Police are conducting door-to-door sweeps to check for dead bodies and evacuate survivors.
Several video feeds show the damage to the pier and its attractions, as well as to the homes, many of which were reduced to splinters or heavily damaged by flooding.
Meanwhile local communities in the flooded Susquehanna Valley in Pennsylvania have made emergency declarations and is “pondering martial law.” For the time being, curfews have been enforced in towns including Wilkes-Barre and West Pittston in the area.
City council in Wilkes-Barre authorized Mayor Tom Leighton to “take any necessary action,” which includes martial law, according to CitizensVoice.com.

Bundesbank auditors made a second visit in May 2011. This time one of the nine compartments used to store Germany's gold was opened. Only a few bars were pulled out and weighed, but that was it.

Even the details of this minuscule inspection were blacked out in a German auditor's report “out of consideration for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.”

So far, the 1,536 metric tons of gold, worth about $93 billion at spot prices, has only been backed up by personal assurances.
